The One Supplement I Take Everyday

This post is sponsored by Nature’s Way. I’m excited to be partnering with the brand to celebrate its 5birthday! Since 1969, Nature’s Way has been helping people live their best lives through the gifts of nature.

As the seasons change, my spice cabinet starts to rotate and I bring out the spices tucked in the back of my cabinet. My flavor palate intuitively shifts with the season, moving from summery garden-fresh herbs like fresh basil and mint into warm, cooked-food spices like turmeric, cumin and cinnamon. (Side note, I put ground cinnamon in my homemade BBQ sauce and it was soooo good smothered all over pork ribs.)I am a devout tea drinker. I have a cup of coffee in the morning, but if I have any more than one cup, steer clear! I become a total "momster" and Matt asks, "Did you wake up on the wrong side of the bed?"

Does anyone who's ever been asked that question, ever answer, "Yes?!" So I drink tea alllllllll day long. Lots of matcha green tea and my favorite tea ever...Turmeric ginger tea! I am a big big big fan of turmeric, even before it became popularized by the whole green juice and ginger shots movement. In addition to drinking tea, I take Curica Turmeric from Nature's Way, which helps to relieve occasional pain due to overexertion, strain or exercise.*

Nature's Way Curica Turmeric uses a patented colloidal dispersion technology that dramatically improves Curcumin absorption and bioavailability. It's more bioavailable Curcumin compared to regular turmeric powders/extracts. I pair my daily dose of Curica Turmeric with Vitamin C-500 with Rose Hips which can help my body absorb the curcumin and also because it provides powerful antioxidant protection, supports my immune function and strengthens my collagen for healthy skin.*

I find turmeric to be a wonderful daily supplement for my lifestyle, moving for fun in the mornings, running around town during the day, and playing on the floor with Oliver (usually the most intense nowadays!). I use Curica Turmericpreventatively, but it doesn't hurt to consider adding it to your nutrition and supplement plan when you feel you've overexerted yourself and have pain and stiffness in your body.
